Packs use the master MPL documents unchanged. The register is filled in with this course’s delegates and downloads as a Word file; the rest open ready to print the number of copies shown. If anything changes afterwards the course is flagged for a reprint.
City & Guilds courses only. Papers print exactly as supplied — nothing is filled in or altered. One copy per City & Guilds delegate. The 5 day exit exam alternates A, B, A, B… across consecutive courses. Any C&G delegate without B&M ticked sits paper C instead, which leaves out business and marketing.
One row per delegate. Tick each item as it is issued. City & Guilds certificates ask for the candidate number and the accreditation date — normally the Friday the course finished. NCFE certificates arrive by post, so they are marked received rather than produced.
Tick Ready when a tab is finished. Anything left unticked disappears completely — for every role, including you — so unfinished work stays out of sight. You can also hide a finished tab from particular staff groups, or from the live and demo versions separately. Ticked means visible. This screen can never be hidden, so a tab is always one tick away from coming back. These settings can only take a tab away — they never grant access beyond what the role already allows.
One row per delegate. The letterhead is chosen from the course and, on the 5 Day and 3 Day Auto, from whether that person sat City & Guilds. 5 Day and 3 Day Auto get the full pack; everything else is the letterhead alone. Business & marketing advice is only added for delegates with B&M. The in-house certificate is card, so it prints from the Certificates tab.
